Tracey Arroyo has been designing for over 30 years. She studied at Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn, New York. She lived in NYC for most of her career before moving to Southern California to become a construction manager in Hospitality Development.
Our design process is tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences. We start by getting to know you and your vision for your space. We work with you every step of the way to ensure that the final result exceeds your expectations.
First we start with a consultation to identify your style and truly understand your needs, and how you live. We select and curate materials and pieces that serve as a reflection of you and your lifestyle.
When renovating an existing space we measure and document the existing space to identify the possibilities to create new functional spaces within while adhering to client requirements and programming.
Once a design is established we head into construction documents and material procurement to establish the budget and timeline. There we assist with construction bids and selection.
