Once a design is established we head into construction documents and material procurement to establish the budget and timeline. There we assist with construction bids and selection.

During the planning process we collaborate with owners, architects, engineers and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.  This allows us to develop a comprehensive project plan, timeline, budget and allocation of resources.

We create and manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control.

  We approve and oversee the procurement of materials, FF&E and services.

Implementing quality control procedures to ensure the work meets client expectations and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

 Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Addressing unforeseen issues and conflicts that may arise during construction, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.

We serve as the primary point of contact for the client while maintaining detailed project records. This includes contracts, change orders, and daily progress status reports. 

Oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring that all work is completed to the client's satisfaction.Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project turnover to the client.
